On November 15, 2024, President Sadyr Japarov signed a Law establishing a perpetual tax regime for the High Technology Park. The Secretariat of the Investment Council is pleased to highlight this significant step that strengthens the Kyrgyz Republic's position as a center for innovation and technological development.
The High Technology Park now enjoys a perpetual tax regime, making it attractive to both domestic and international IT companies, creating stable and long-term conditions for business operations and the development of the digital economy.
The Supervisory Board of the Park also gained the ability to independently elect its Chairperson, which will allow for more effective and prompt management of the Park's activities and support for its residents.

We would also like to remind you that the creation of the High Technology Park is the result of a dialogue and collaboration between government bodies and the business community, which was also discussed during the meeting of the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
