Dear Colleagues and Partners,

We are pleased to present the 2025 Annual Report of the Secretariat of the Business Development and Investments Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The report highlights the key results achieved during the year, major reforms and initiatives undertaken, as well as priority areas shaped through ongoing dialogue between the state and the business community.

It reflects the Council’s contribution to improving the investment climate, strengthening public–private dialogue, and fostering a predictable, transparent, and sustainable environment for entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic.
