On March 24 Business Development and Investments Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the Analytical Center “BizExpert” conducted Round table “Business Agenda”.
The main objectives of the initiative “Business Agenda” was to raise the most vital priorities of the business community on the level of the National strategy, as well as motivate business community to proactively define favorable business climate in Kyrgyzstan. This initiative arose considering the finalization of the Sustainable Development National Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic 2013-2017. Durign the Round table business associations have presented main priorities and challenges for the private sector in frame of the Sustainable Development National Strategy’s new phase.
The Head of the Business Development and Investments Council Mr. Talaibek Koichumanov provided presentation and noted that the effective process of the Public Private Dialogue is main criteria for the democracy and economic growth.
Mr. Koichumanov has stated: “Business Agenda provides new approach for regulative reforms. This “smart” approach considers thorough analysis and consultation with the business community every step starting from idea development to legislation implementation. Moreover, the general concept of the regulative state policy has to be defined, as well as the feedback system and tools to improve regulative decisions. Business Agenda consists of clear measures on various business directions and industries, as well as managerial solutions to build capacity of the state management to improve economic development”.
